Cooking Port House Grill Maryland Crab Cakes!
- We recommend that you preheat your oven to 400ºF.
- Place the crab cakes in a buttered or oiled pan.
- Bake for 10-15 minuted or until golden brown.
- Finished when minimum internal temperature is 145ºF. If additional browning is desired, broil briefly to finish.
